Jose Emmanuel Cubil populary known as Jem Cubil is a 17 yr old singer from Talisay, Cebu. He is one of the best singer in the PGT Season 2.
Jem Cubil is currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of San Carlos in Cebu. He tried his luck joining ABS-CBN's Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 2. His own rendition of David Cook's Time of My Life during the semi-finals gave him a spot in the grand finals. He is one of the fourteen finalists who competed during PGT's grand finals which was held on June 25 and 26, 2011 at the Araneta Coliseum. However, he lost to eventual grand winner Marcelito Pomoy.
